Refund policy

At Nooklume, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with the item you received, you may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the terms below.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at lc@nooklume.com or through our Contact Us page.

Please include the following information in your request:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return or refund request

Once we review your request, we will notify you by email whether your request has been approved.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, and proof of purchase may be required. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

For returns requested for personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible at lc@nooklume.com.

To help us review and resolve the issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photos of the item received and its packaging
- Your shipping address

If we confirm that the item arrived damaged or that the wrong item was sent, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you by email that your return has been received and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–14 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at lc@nooklume.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to process your request. However, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been shipped.
